I’m thrilled to be offering supervision services as a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington State. With over 15 years of experience in clinical practice and operating a successful private practice since 2015, I bring a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and expertise, to the role of Clinical Supervisor.
Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Rogerian approach, and client-centered therapy in my own practice, I support supervisees with empathy, encouragement, and practical guidance as they advance in their clinical careers. Throughout my career, I have evolved to be a generalist with a clinical focus on life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders, relationships, body image and eating concerns, and women’s health. Additionally, I possess a unique specialization in working with professional athletes navigating the challenging transition out of their respective sport.
I am deeply committed to the professional development of supervisees. My goal is to provide you with comprehensive support in treatment planning, note taking, case conceptualization, and maintaining the highest ethical standards in your practice. I believe in empowering supervisees to develop their own authentic therapeutic style, while also ensuring they possess the necessary tools to face clinical challenges head-on. Through respectful feedback, collaboration, and empathic support, I foster a warm environment where clinicians feel safe to grow and learn.
Having been shaped by rewarding and influential relationships with my own past supervisors, I am passionate about paying it forward to rising clinicians. The excellent guidance and mentorship I received has inspired a deep commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of clinical practice. As a supervisor, I strive to offer supportive encouragement, direct collaboration, and ethical excellence, allowing you to develop both personally and professionally while honing your own unique clinical skills.
I look forward to meeting with you!
